Weddings come in all shapes and sizes. From elaborate events to surprise elopements. Whatever you’re imagining, your ceremony marks the moment you officially become married! So let’s make it a moment you’ll always remember.

We proudly offer officiant services to all couples in love, and ready to commit their lives to each other. Our team of boutique officiants are registered to perform marriages across Ontario, and practice regularly in Orillia, Barrie, Muskoka, Collingwood, and Hamilton areas. As ordained Reverends with the Canadian International Metaphysics Ministry, we specialize in modern spiritual ceremonies for couples and families of all faiths and backgrounds.

What to expect.

We bring today’s values to traditional rituals. Here’s what you can expect in all of our packages:

  • A sweet and informative consultation call, answering all your questions and discussing next steps.

  • Guidance on obtaining your Marriage Licence, and (after you’re married) applying for your Marriage Certificate and name change documents.

  • Explanation of the ‘usual’ ceremony pieces—what you love, what we scrap, and how we’ll make it ‘you’.

  • An experienced officiant who feels like a friend, and supports you the whole way.

Our packages.

An AWAKE Ceremony

Our most popular package. Mix and match from three personalized ceremony script options. Choose a simple vow style, or dig deep and write your own!

Ceremonies include opening remarks, one to three readings (done by us or by chosen loved ones), vows, ring exchange, wishes, declaration of marriage, and of course a legal signing. One custom unity ritual may also be added.

We’ll draft your full ceremony script, outline all ‘stage directions’, and share for your final edits and approval. Then we’ll go through it all in a virtual or in-person rehearsal.

Rehearsals

Ceremony walk-throughs are included in our standard AWAKE Ceremony package, Symbolic Officiant, and Custom Ceremony Packages.

Our walk-throughs focus on the movement of your ceremony, so you’re comfortable and confident on the big day. We don’t read through the script—we save the magic for the real thing. Most walk-throughs are 30-45 min.

Add a walk-through to our entry packages for $75 + travel fees, or $50 flat for virtual.

Friday walk-throughs must be confirmed 30 days in advance.

  • A Special Signing

    Bring your marriage licence and up to 4 guests—we’ll take care of the rest! If you’re looking to ‘make it official’ with a sweet and simple signing of the Marriage Register, this is the way to go.

    Perfect for: Destination weddings, Elopements, ‘Making it legal’.
    Available Tuesday-Thursday, at our office in Oro-Medonte.

  • The Sit & Sign

    You and your emcee/symbolic officiant (your favourite Uncle or quirky BFF) draft your script. We’ll review it a week before and offer suggestions.
    On the big day, your symbolic officiant will lead the ceremony, while we cheer you on from the sidelines and perform the legal signing.

    Perfect for: Experienced guest emcees, Informal ceremonies, Reception-style ceremonies.

  • The Symbolic Officiant

    Does it get any more personal than having a close friend or family member lead your special day? With this package we collaborate with you and your chosen ceremony host to select and customize a number of script templates from our library.
    We give coaching and guidance to your host, and ensure everyone is excited and prepared. On game day, your host will lead the full ceremony, while we ensure the legalities are looked after.
    This package includes a walk-through/rehearsal during the week leading up to the wedding.

  • A Custom Ceremony

    This is the way to go if your ceremony is more involved: large wedding parties, unique unity rituals, multiple cultural elements, multiple speakers, coordination of young children, special language considerations, or if you simply want a completely custom ceremony beyond the confines of a pre-planned script!

    Includes rehearsal and the option to add your own Symbolic Officiant.
